Awnings, Dock Canopy, Rainguard and more...

Industrial end-users have suffered from mother-nature's wrath for long enough.

Today, we have excellent solutions to the problems rain can bring us.

For an industrial look we have the original "W-Pan" awnings that utilize a drain and down-spout method of water management. Very nice and very durable.

For a decorative solution that is completely customizable choose an aluminum framed awning with a colored exterior grade vinyl cover. We weld our own frames and offer delivery and installation (drop-offs too).

For a functional solution that will completely stop water from cascading down a trailer.

Choose a dock lift for flexibility.

When you need access to a wide variety of dock heights and loading situations, choose a dock lift.

Dock lifts give you instant access to everything between grade and dock height (including ocean containers).

We satisfied the demands of a leading casket distributor by providing access to low vans and hearses as well as 53' over the road trailers. The trailers leave the manufacturing facility and drop a few caskets at each stop. This particular local distribution facility will service local funeral homes that will only purchase one or two caskets at a time. They needed safe access to all the vehicles inbound and outbound.

Our partner lift company is Advance Lifts They provided the Model "T" dock lift 8' wide x 8' long with an extended front bridge.

We provided a turn-key job with 10" diameter bollards (trailer stoppers) and a fiber reinforced concrete pad.

Fall protection systems, don't fall for junk.

Fall protection has become a hot topic lately as OSHA's guidelines have become more stringent and lawsuits more common.

Industrial plants need to consider safer procedures for high work. However, it is important to consider the usefullness of the products that are considered.

One system that has been field proven is Fall Protection System's triple truss trolley system, pictured. This system is awesome for a fixed position application, such as tanker trailers and train cars. A retractable lanyard is the secret to this type of system.

We can combine quality products like these pictured to offer a turn-key solution to your fall protection problems.

Planned maintenance for docks and doors...

When times are tough, like now, it's crucial to buckle down and contain costs. This includes eliminating or putting off planned maintenance on equipment not recognized as directly related to the finished product or service. When a year or two goes by and nothing breaks, accounting departments can point to the decision and claim victory. However, facilities personel and maintenance planners know better.
(damaged dock leveler hinge pin pictured)

What no one sees is the slow degradation of key parts; contaminated oil eating at O-Rings, unlubricated pins being ground down, cables fraying, etc...

When the economy bounces back, bring your PMs back into the calendar, you won't be sorry.
